Voss Family Clinic is a walk-in primary care and family medicine practice for adults at 11920 S Highway 6, Suite 1500 in Sugar Land, TX. A board-certified internal medicine physician and a board-certified family nurse practitioner provide same-day sick visits, preventive care, chronic disease management and women’s and men’s health, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM.

A primary care home, not a one-time visit
Most patients first meet us at a walk-in visit for a cold, a UTI or a work physical. Many stay, because the same two providers who treat the small things also manage blood pressure, diabetes, thyroid disease and the yearly screenings that keep people well. Your record, your labs and your follow-up live in one place.
We keep the practice deliberately small so you see the same faces, get straight answers and are never rushed through a problem that deserves time. Dr. Humera Naqvi speaks Spanish, Hindi, Urdu and Punjabi; Asma Rehman speaks Urdu, Hindi and Gujarati.

Bring the basics
Photo ID, insurance card and a list of your medicines. Records from a previous doctor help but are not required.
Your first visit
We review your history, address what brought you in and set up any screenings or follow-up.
Ongoing care
Refills, follow-ups, labs and referrals handled by the same team, in person or by telehealth.
How we practice
Good primary care is mostly listening, then acting on evidence. Our providers follow current guidelines from the U.S. Preventive Services Task Force and specialty societies, explain the reasoning behind every recommendation and prescribe only what will help. When you need a specialist, we refer you and stay involved.
