Voss Family Clinic is led by Dr. Humera Naqvi, a board-certified internal medicine physician, and Asma Rehman, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC, a board-certified family nurse practitioner. Together they provide walk-in sick visits, preventive care and ongoing chronic disease management for adults at 11920 S Highway 6, Suite 1500 in Sugar Land, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM.

Dr. Humera Naqvi
Dr. Naqvi provides primary care for adults with acute and chronic conditions, including heart disease, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, COPD, obesity and diabetes, along with preventive care, weight management and nutritional counseling.
She earned her medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine in 2008 and completed her residency in internal medicine at Morristown Medical Center in 2011. She is board-certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and is a Fellow of the American College of Physicians. Her career spans primary care, hospitalist and rehabilitation roles, including positions at Memorial Hermann Katy Hospital and North Cypress Medical Center. She is affiliated with the Texas Medical Association, the American College of Physicians and the Society of Hospital Medicine.
Outside the clinic she enjoys running, kickboxing, the outdoors and travel with her family. She speaks English, Hindi, Urdu, Punjabi and Spanish.

Asma Rehman, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC
Asma Rehman is a board-certified family nurse practitioner with a Master of Science in Nursing from Texas Woman’s University in Denton, where she graduated in August 2023 with a 4.0 GPA, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Prairie View A&M University in Houston.
She specializes in preventive health, chronic disease management and acute care, with a commitment to culturally sensitive, patient-centered care for diverse communities. She is fluent in Urdu, Hindi and Gujarati.
