Who we care for

We provide primary care to adults. If you are looking for a long-term primary care home, a provider to manage an ongoing condition, or a clinic for occasional sick visits, you are welcome. Many patients start with a walk-in visit and stay.

Your first visit can be whatever you need it to be: a physical to establish care, a sick visit, or a follow-up for a condition you already have. Bring what you can; we will build your record from there.

  • Adults of all ages
  • Preventive care, chronic conditions and sick visits
  • Care in English, Spanish, Hindi, Urdu, Punjabi and Gujarati
  • Records transferred from your previous doctor on request

Transferring your care

If you are moving your care from another office, ask them to send your records to us, or bring copies. Our staff can give you a release form if one is needed. Existing prescriptions can usually be continued while we review your history, so you do not run out.

What happens at a new-patient visit

  • Vital signs, weight and a review of your history and family history
  • A discussion of what brought you in and anything else on your mind
  • Exam and any tests that are due or needed
  • A plan: follow-up date, screenings, referrals and refills

After your first visit

Follow-ups, refills and results are handled by the same team. Established patients can use telehealth for appropriate visits and can call the office for refills and questions during office hours.

Insurance and cost

Voss Family Clinic accepts most major insurance plans, including Blue Cross Blue Shield, Ambetter, Medicare and Medicare-Medicaid dual plans. What you pay for new-patient visits depends on your plan’s copay and deductible, and on whether tests are ordered. See insurance accepted or call (281) 617-8671 to verify your coverage before your visit.

Are you accepting new patients?

Yes. Voss Family Clinic is accepting new adult patients for primary care. Your first visit can be a walk-in, a scheduled appointment or a sick visit, and the same team continues your care afterward.

Do I need an appointment?

No. Walk-ins are welcome Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM. You can also request an appointment online or call (281) 617-8671; calling ahead lets you ask about the current wait.

What insurance do you accept?

Coverage depends on your specific plan and network, so call (281) 617-8671 with your card ready and the front desk will confirm your benefits before your visit.

What should I bring to my visit?

Bring a photo ID, your insurance card, a list of the medicines and supplements you take (or the bottles), any recent test results from other providers, and a list of questions you want to cover.

Do I need a referral?

No referral is needed for primary care. Some HMO plans require you to list us as your primary care provider; we can help with that.

How early should I arrive?

About 15 minutes before a scheduled visit to complete new-patient paperwork.

Can my first visit be a sick visit?

Yes. Many patients establish care during a walk-in sick visit and schedule a physical afterward.
