How your visit works

Most visits follow the same four steps, from check-in to a clear plan.

01

Walk in or request a time

Come in Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, or call (281) 617-8671 to ask about the wait or set a time.

02

Check in

Show your photo ID and insurance card and tell the front desk why you are visiting.

03

See a provider

A provider reviews your history and symptoms, checks your vital signs, examines you and orders tests if needed.

04

Leave with a plan

You get a clear diagnosis or next step, any prescriptions sent to your pharmacy, and a follow-up plan.

One clinic for the small things and the long haul

Most primary care problems do not fit neatly into one category. A walk-in visit for a cough can reveal high blood pressure; a diabetes follow-up is the right time for a flu shot. Because the same two providers handle everything on this page, nothing gets lost between visits.

If a problem needs a specialist, we refer you, share your record and stay involved in your overall care.
